<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF OWNER PARTICIPATION <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY IN THE CENTRE SUB-AREA <br />(OSTERTAG); AND THAT THE ADOPTION BE CONTINGENT UPON THE CITY COUNCIL'S <br />REVIEWING THE FINAL DOCUMENT BEFORE ADOPTION <br /> <br />City Manager Smith and City Attorney Schricker noted that it is not known <br />whether any changes are being requested by the developer or he merely <br />seeks clarifications. <br /> <br />Kendall Hobbs, Hobbs & Adams, 1390 Taylor Street, said that the format is <br />different than anticipated and that his client agrees to the concept but <br />has some items to be discussed. <br /> <br />CHANGE OF MOTION: Councilman Biagi, with the consent of his second, <br />changed the motion to refer the proposed resolution back to staff to <br />negotiate with the developer and to return with a firm resolution at a <br />later date. <br /> <br />~" <br /> <br />The motion as changed carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />, MINUTE ORDER NO. 84-43 <br /> <br />--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Exclusive Right to Negotiate. <br /> <br />(City Center Development Company) <br /> <br />Report of City Manager 2/23/84 <br /> <br />City Manager Smith reported that a representative of City Center <br />Development Company (CCDC) had stated that they will have no one present <br />at the Council meeting. Mr. Smith recommended that the proposed <br />resolution be taken under submission. <br /> <br />Willy Ostertag, developer of 850 Main Street property, reported on his <br />communications with representatives of CCDC and stated that Rodney <br />Friedman of Fisher Friedman, architects for CCDC, had told him the <br />Ostertag development could be integrated into the overall Redevelopment <br />Plan.
