Public Hearing - Proposed Street Vacation, Finger <br />Avenue (Per RESOLUTION NO. 9517 adopted 2/6/84; Report <br />of City Manager 1/18/84) (702 -06) <br />Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing and of Posting on file. <br />Mayor Stangel declared the public hearing open at 7:32 p.m. <br />Mayor Stangel invited anyone present who wished to speak to do so.
