Industrial: All establishments used for industrial purposes <br /> including, but not limited to, manufacturing plants, processing <br /> plants, producers, laundries, photo processors, electric service <br /> institutions, packagers, and other similar classes of use: <br /> Minimum monthly rate, effective January 1, 2002, Nineteen and <br /> 57/100 Dollars ($19.57), plus an additional monthly charge of One <br /> Dollar Seventy-eight Cents ($1.78) per one hundred (100) cubic <br /> feet of waste or wastewater discharged or deposited into the <br /> sewerage facilities in excess of one thousand (1000) cubic feet. <br /> <br /> B.
