Levee Maintenance re Seaport Centre Project (Lincoln <br />Property Company) (1402- 02/04) <br />Report of City Manager 3/29/84 <br />In response to question, City Manager Smith described the establishment <br />and operation of the assessment district to be paid for by the property <br />owner who is the primary beneficiary, noting the City must provide for the <br />district. <br />City Attorney Schricker said that no obligation to the City exists with <br />regard to the District. <br />Title read.
