Cable Television (1201 -04) <br />City Attorney Schricker reported that no response was received from Community <br />Tele- Communications Inc., following approval of the subject ordinances on <br />January 23, 1984, until they were told the ordinances were proposed for <br />adoption tonight. Mr. Schricker said that a communication was received today <br />and a meeting has been set for discussion, and adjustments may be recommended <br />to Council depending on certain circumstances. In response to question, he <br />said that the company would be bound by the enabling ordinance, but the <br />franchise might not be enforceable without their signature.
