Being subject to any and all easements and agreements, if any, of record <br />and/or fact. Said Easement is to be clear of any encroachment when requested <br />and all costs incurred for removal of any encroachment, the existing decks and <br />new detached accessory building, will be the burden of the property owner or his <br />or her successors in interests and by this Restriction made a part hereof. <br /> <br />The use of the Property contrary to Restrictions shall constitute a violation of this <br />agreement.
