Report on Heron Court financing. <br />Housing Coordinator Church, President of the interim Board of Directors of <br />Heron Court Cooperative, presented his report from Redwood City Development <br />Association, Inc. on the status of the City's loan to Heron Court. Mr. <br />Church said that final payment of the loan and all interest was made last <br />week.
