2. Presentation of Certificate of Appreciation to retired <br />Senior School Crossing Guard Fred Mitchell for his 15 <br />years of service at Henry Ford School (301 -12) <br />Mayor Britschgi presented the Certificate to Mr. Mitchell and thanked him for <br />his many years of service in protecting lives and being a good friend to <br />children at the Henry Ford School <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />3. Public Hearing - Application to prezone 1.3 acres of <br />land located at 60 Woodhill Drive from OS -10 (Open <br />Space - -ten acre minimum lot) District to RH -20 <br />(Residential--Hillside--20,000 square feet minimum lot) <br />District - Dividend Development Corporation, applicant <br />(203 -02) <br />Planning Commission record transmitted 8/21/84 <br />Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing and of Mailing are on file. <br />Mayor Britschgi declared public hearing open at 7:40 p.m. <br />Janet Klein, Dividend Development Corporation, stated that LAFCO (Local <br />Agency Formation Commission) cannot proceed until the City has prezoned the <br />subject property as requested in the subject application. Ms. Klein said she <br />understood the managers and perhaps also the mayors of Woodside and Redwood <br />City were planning to discuss any problems. <br />Acting City Manager Margolis reported that questions relate to the annexation <br />and recommended proceeding with the proposed prezoning at this time. <br />Mayor Britschgi invited anyone else who wished to speak to do so. No one <br />wished to speak. <br />M /S: Bury /Mosher to close the public hearing. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and public hearing closed at 7:44 p.m. <br />Title read.
