Housing Rehabilitation Program - Mortgage agreements <br />( 302 -11) <br />I _ - Report of City Manager and Housing Coordinator 9/26/84 <br />Housing Coordinator Church presented the subject report and a slide <br />indicating the steps involved in a FNMA Municipal Tri -party Agreement to <br />provide rehabilitation loans. <br />Discussion followed and Mr. Church commented and replied to question <br />regarding the advantages of the agreement; the money available to the City to <br />lend; the fact that the funds may be offered anywhere in the City with no <br />restrictions as to location; the fact that Community Development Block Grant <br />Funds are involved; and the intention to place $100,000 with City Bond and <br />Mortgage. <br />Title read.
