In response to question, he explained the <br />priority procedures used by the representatives of the 19 cities and the <br />County in evaluating projects. <br />Title read. M /S: Claire /Mosher <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9726 APPROVING THE HOLLY STREET BRIDGE WIDENING PROJECT, THE <br />EL CAMINO REAL AND CHARTER TRAFFIC SIGNALIZATION PROJECT, THE REDWOOD SHORES <br />PARKWAY /PICO DRIVE /MARRIOTT DRIVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT, MAPLE <br />STREET / BAYSHORE FREEWAY PROPOSED INTERCHANGE PROJECT, SEAPORT BOULEVARD /EAST <br />BAYSHORE REALIGNMENT AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL PROJECT, DUMBARTON BRIDGE EXTENSION <br />FROM MARSH TO WOODSIDE ROAD, AND EL CAMINO REAL /EDGEWOOD ROAD CHANNELIZATION <br />PROJECT <br />adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br />----------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />12. Settlement Agreement - RTD Securities Case <br />Senior Assistant City Attorney Case recommended acceptance of the tentative <br />settlement offer, stating that bankruptcy proceedings will be terminated and <br />parties paid, if the proposal is accepted by all. <br />Assistant Finance Director Becker reported that the City would receive about <br />82% of its claim without delay and the costs which might be associated with <br />it. <br />Mrs. Case said that Council should merely adopt the resolution at this time, <br />and, then, if all parties agree, approve the agreement which will be returned <br />for signature. <br />Title read.
