Settlement Agreement - RTD Securities Case <br />Senior Assistant City Attorney Case recommended acceptance of the tentative <br />settlement offer, stating that bankruptcy proceedings will be terminated and <br />parties paid, if the proposal is accepted by all. <br />Assistant Finance Director Becker reported that the City would receive about <br />82% of its claim without delay and the costs which might be associated with <br />it. <br />Mrs. Case said that Council should merely adopt the resolution at this time, <br />and, then, if all parties agree, approve the agreement which will be returned <br />for signature. <br />Title read.
