The <br /> program is for the fifth through eighth grades. <br /> <br />' Jeff Filippi stated this is the fourth year and the Optimists are the only group that has <br /> significantly supported the instrumental program, which is different from the music <br /> program that is part of the Redwood City Education Foundation.
