GENERAL <br />1. Vice Mayor Britschgi thanked City Manager Smith and Director of Fire <br />Services O'Brien for the 1982 Fire Loss Statistics Report of January 28, <br />1983. <br />2. Vice Mayor Britschgi thanked City Manager Smith and Police Chief Guardino <br />for the report on the Police Department's Crime Prevention Program of <br />January 21, 1983 and the Cooperative Holiday Drinking Driver Program <br />Results Report of January 18, 1983. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the City Council adjourned at 8:20 <br />p.m. to an executive session to consider personnel matters and to reconvene solely <br />to adjourn. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the City Council adjourned at 8:30 p.m. <br />to an informal neighborhood meeting at 7:30 p.m., Monday, February 14, 1983 at Casa <br />de Redwood and to a budget study session at 9 :00 a.m., Saturday, February 26, 1983 <br />in the Municipal Service Center.
