Replacement of traffic signal controllers - <br />Veterans/Main and Veterans /Walnut (702 -02) <br />Report of City Manager and Director of Public Works 4/5/83 <br />Director of Public Works Addiego presented the subject report and replied <br />to question concerning details of it. <br />City Attorney Schricker stated that it is the City's position that PG &E is <br />obligated to pay the entire amount because their negligence or <br />deficiencies were responsible for the severe damage to the traffic signal <br />system. <br />In response to question, City Manager Smith said that the funds for the <br />subject item would come from Reserves and would be replaced in that <br />account upon collection from PG &E. <br />M /S: Title read.
