Docktown Marina et al. <br /> San Mateo County Superior Court Case No. CIV 442952 <br /> A closed session will be held on March 28, 2005, for the purpose of conferring with and/or <br /> receiving advice from your legal counsel concerning existing litigation which has been formally <br /> initiated to which the City of Redwood City is a party. (Gov�. Code §54956.9(a)] <br /> Special Counsel will provide you with a status report on this particular case. <br /> If the City Council authorizes Special Counsel to defend, or seek or refrain from seeking <br /> appellate review or relief, this determination shall be disclosed immediately following this closed <br /> session. If the City Council authorizes initiation or intervention, such authorization shall be <br /> disclosed immediately following this closed session and the public advised that the action, <br /> defendants and other particulars may be disclosed upon request after the action is formally <br /> commenced.
