MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />_ February 4~ 2002 <br /> MO. 02-36 <br /> <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> <br /> DATE: February 5, 2002 <br /> <br /> Attention: City Attorney <br /> Public Works Department <br /> Finance Department <br /> <br /> SUBJECT First Step Recycled Water'Pilot Project - Third.Season <br /> <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 4, 2002. <br /> <br /> Present: Councilmember Harmett, Howard, Ira, Jordan, Pierce, Ruskin, and Mayor Claire <br /> Absent: None <br /> <br /> The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> MS: Hartnett/Pierce Approve expenditure of budgeted Capital Improvement Program <br /> funds for temporary treatment and storage improvements at the South Bayside System <br /> Authorizy (SBSA) wastewater treatment works, and; <br /> Authorize staff to execute a reimbursement agreement between Redwood City and SBSA <br /> for final agreed amount not to exceed $130,000.00 and; <br /> Request that SBSA establish a wholesale rate of charge for 2002, for production of <br /> recycled water to be served by Redwood City to specified irrigation water meters in <br /> Redwood Shores; <br /> <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present. <br /> <br /> Patricia S.
