Recent related urban design and area plans include the Central San Leandro/BARTArea <br />Improvement & Revitalization Strategy, the Oakley Downtown Revitalization Strategy, the Evelyn <br />Avenue Corridor Precise Plan (Mountain View), the Soscol Corridor/Downtown Riverfront <br />Development Guideliues (Napa), and the Hawks Prairie Development Master Plan (Laeey, WA). Mr. <br />Bottomley is a member of the American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, American Institute <br />of Certified Planners (AICP), American Institute of Architects (Associate), and American Society of <br />Landscape Architects. <br /> <br />Mr. Bottomley will be assisted by Associates Kyo Tochikura and Gall Donaldson. Mr Tochikura would <br />assist with site de~,elopment, open space design and guidelines illustration. Ms. Donaldson would <br />provide day4o-day project management, coordinate the flow of information and assist with land use <br />mapping, graphics and computer imaging. <br /> <br /> Cost Estimate & Terms <br /> <br />Cost for completion of all Work Tasks described above is estimated at $45,000, including proj eot <br />administration, insurance, and reimbursable project costs. This is a time and materials project with a <br />guaranteed maximum fee for completion of all Work Tasks. The attached spreadsheet is intended for <br />informational purposes and may be used for negotiating Work Tasks and budget. It is not intended as a <br />basis for task-by-task contracting or invoicing. <br /> <br /> <br />
