These events are subject to and <br /> in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br /> <br /> Permission is granted to the Peninsula Celebration Association ("Permittee"), by the <br /> City of Redwood City ("City"). This permit is subject to the following terms and <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Parade, Festival~ Arts & Crafts Fair~ and Fireworks Display: Permittee <br /> shall sponsor said activities. <br /> <br /> 2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City. <br /> <br /> 3. Non-Transferability: This permit is r)on-transferable. <br /> <br /> 4. Location: The parade herein permitted shall be conducted and the reute <br /> reserved therefore in the areas shown on the attached map of the letter <br /> dated May 23, 2002. The fair and festival herein permitted shall be <br /> conducted and the streets reserved therefore on Broadway between Main <br /> and Winslow Streets, and Hamilton and Middlefield Streets, and Jefferson <br /> Avenue between Winslow/Middlefield and Marshall Street.
