Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: It is further agreed that the <br /> following miscellaneous concerns and services shall be the sole <br /> responsibility of Permittee, coordinated and approved by the Police Chief: <br /> <br /> (a) Information bulletins will be placed on all vehicles in the lot indicating the <br /> lot closure. The placement of the flyers will occur on Monday, June 24, and <br /> Thursday, June 27, 2002. The flyer is to indicate the following: "This parking <br /> lot will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2002, through 5:00 <br /> a.m., Monday, July 8, 2002, to accommodate the Woodside Terrace A.M. <br /> Kiwanis Club Carnival. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have <br /> any questions, please call the Redwood City Police Department at 650-780- <br /> 7186." <br /> <br /> (b) Flyers will be distributed the week of June 24, 2002, to all properties in <br /> the Sequoia Station Shopping Center, the 800 & 900 blocks of Middlefield <br /> Road, the 800 block of Winslow Street, the 800 block of Hamilton Street, the <br /> 800 block of Jefferson Avenue, and the 2100 - 2400 blocks of Broadway. <br /> The flyer is to indicate the following: "The municipal parking lot located on <br /> Middlefield Road at Winslow Streets will be closed from 6:00 p.m. on <br /> Wednesday, July 3, 2002, through 5:00 a.m., Monday, July 8, 2002, to <br /> accommodate the Woodside Terrace A.M. The fence must stretch <br /> from the Joint Powers Board Property to the building at 928 Middlefield <br /> Roa(~. <br /> <br /> (d) Adequate (minimum of eight), temporary restroom facilities.
