Police Dpet. <br /> 1301 Maple Street <br /> Redwood City, CA. 94063 <br /> <br /> RE: Woodside Terrace AM Kiwanis Club 4~ of July Carnival <br /> <br /> Dear Sergeant Hemandez: <br /> <br /> As in prior years, the Woodside Terrace AM Kiwanis Club would like to apply for a letter permt <br /> from the City Council to operate a carnival in the city owned parking lot on Middlefield just <br /> north of Jefferson. <br /> <br /> Once again we have contracted with Butler Amusements to set up and run the carnival rides. <br /> Butler Amusement would like to start setting up the evening of Wednesday, July 3, 2002 (after <br /> 6:00 PiM.)
