Exhibit <br /> "A" (attached) shows the revised Woodside Town Center Sewer Assessment District, <br /> which was approved by the Town of Woodside Council on May 14, 2002 by Resolution <br /> No. 2002-6326. <br /> <br /> Presently, the Town of Woodside's sewerage flow is less than 50,000 gallons per day. <br /> It is estimated that when adding these two parcels, another 250 gallons for each parcel <br /> will be added for a total increased flow of 500 gallons per day, which is well within the <br /> agreed 100,000 gallons per day treatment capacity. <br /> <br /> Fiscal Impacts <br /> Upon execution of the Sanitary Sewerage Treatment Capacity Rights and Services <br /> (Town of Woodside) Agreement, Woodside will pay Redwood City the metered costs, as <br /> established by previous agreements.
