GENERAL (continued) <br />2. Mayor Stangel was congratulated on being unanimously elected Chairman of <br />the San Mateo County Council of Mayors. <br />3. Mayor Stangel reported that Councilman Priscilla Mosher has accepted <br />appointment as the Council liaison to Supervisor John M. Ward who serves <br />on the Steering Committee of the Bay Area Coalition for Transportation <br />which is attempting to address the problem of deteriorating local streets <br />and roads. (memo 5/24/83) <br />4.
