GID No. 1 -64 Tax Rate (901 -09) <br />Report of City Manager and Director of Finance 7/28/83. <br />Director of Finance Tasseff referred to the subject report and to slide <br />projections of: 1) appraised value comparison of residential and <br />commercial property for the past three years; 2) residential, commercial <br />and undeveloped property as a percentage of total appraised value; and 3) <br />relative growth of each. <br />Mr. Tasseff recommended the tax rate be set at $1.6833 for reclamation <br />bonds and $1.6913 for Facility Bonds. In response to question, Mr. <br />Tasseff stated that the combined tax rate ratio of debt service to fair <br />market value is less than 1.0. <br />Title read.
