Podell Company <br />1199 Howard Avenue, Burlingame <br /> <br />Neil Anderson, American Appraisal Associates, Inc., referred to his letter of <br />November 9, 1983 transmitted by the Finance Director which responds to the <br />statements of the appellant. Mr. Anderson said that the appraisal was <br />generally within 7% of the selling price, that the sales listed by Mr. Podell <br />took place after the lien date and that the units sold were the last remaining <br />in a development in which there had been little sales activity for a year. <br />Mr. Anderson said that the lower selling prices would be reflected in next <br />year1s appraisal. <br /> <br />M/S: Britschgi/Mosher to deny the application for assessment adjustment of <br />M.
