Thompson and the <br />downtown merchants meeting regularly as a team. <br />CONSENSUS: Vice Mayor Britschgi determined it to be the consensus of <br />Council to ask Mayor Stangel to write a letter of thanks to each of those <br />who served on the Downtown Plan Committee.
