ACTION TAKEN (continued) REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS Councilman Britschgi, member of the Revenue and Taxation Committee, reported that the Governor's proposed budget has been given to the Legislature and that the Committee took the same stands as those taken in 1981. Councilman Britschgi observed that the prospects for funds for cities look bleak and noted that the Governor included a proposed increase in the number of State employees in his budget.
