Joe Mandolfo, 678 Emerald Hill Road, <br />referred to Item 3. above relating to Emerald <br />Hill Road, stating he had discussed <br />enforcement of the speed limit on Emerald <br />Hill Road with the Traffic Engineer. Mr. <br />Mandolfo said he favored the four-part sign <br />described by Mr. Gee and asked if changes can <br />be made later.
