Building Fire I:Ibrary Parks and Recreation Police Public Works CITYWIDE ISSUES City Manager Smith reviewed the section on Citywide issues: Space in City Facilities Downtown Parkin~ Community Appearance .i!edevelopment Use of Volunteers Recruitment Self Help STATUS REPORTS City Manager Smith observed that the Status Reports from each department contains details on the status of each objective for 1981-82 with the objectives for 1982-83 and 1983-84. Mr. Smith asked Council members to take a look at them and make any suggestions they might have. He also asked Council members to bring up any goals they might wish to have included. Mayor Biagi requested that Council members who may wish to suggest goals to be included in the 1982-83 Budget let staff know as soon as possible so that the necessary figures can be developed for the Budget.
