Councilman Bury said that Cliff Miller of the Senior Citizens Advisory <br />Committee had asked him to announce that Council members are invited to the <br />Senior Forum which will be held on Thursday, March 4, 1982 from 9:00 a.m. to <br />11:00 a.m. at Canada College. (memo 2/23/82) <br /> <br />2. It was announced that the Personnel Committee (Councilmen Britschgi, Bury and <br />Chandler) will meet on February 23, 1982 at 7:30 a.m. at City Hall. <br /> <br />3. Councilman Britschgi requested that the Legislative Committee consider the <br />letters of January 25, 1982 from the City of Half Moon Bay regarding State <br />improvement of Highways 1 and 92 and of February 11, 1982 from the City of <br />Anaheim regarding the Public Employees Retirement System. There being no <br />objection, Mayor Biagi referred the letters to the Legislative Committee for <br />report and recommendation. (memo 2/23/82) <br /> <br />4. Councilman Britschgi asked that a response be made to the letter from B. <br />Collier, 1647 Connecticut Drive, regarding damage to his property by students <br />attending Kennedy School. City Manager Smith reported that the Police Chief <br />is investigating the matter and will report soon. (memo 2/23/82) <br /> <br />5. Vice Mayor Stangel announced the Legislative Committee will meet at 7:15 a.m. <br />on Tuesday, March 2, 1982 in the City Attorney's office. (memo 2/23/82) <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />M/S: Stangel/Bury to adjourn to executive session to consider personnel matters and to <br />reconvene solely to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned to executive session at 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, City Council adjourned at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />JACQUELINE C.
