Mayor Biagi called attention to the Report of the City Manager of <br />March 4, 1982 relating to Downtown Development and attaching report of <br />the Planning Department responding to request for information regarding <br />a moratorium and an interim study district. <br /> <br />Discussion followed and City Attorney Schricker commented and replied <br />to questions regarding procedures for a moratorium and an interim study <br />district. <br /> <br />MIS: Britschgi/Bury to introduce an Interim Study District as outlined <br />in the attachment to the City Manager's report of March 4, 1982 on <br />Downtown Development using the map attached thereto. <br /> <br />MOTION CHANGED: Following discussion, Councilman Britschgi, with the <br />consent of his second, changed his motion to instruct staff to prepare <br />a detailed report on the procedures and requirements for an interim <br />study district, the advantages and disadvantages of establishing such a <br />district and a map of the area which would be proposed to be included <br />in such a study. <br /> <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 82-33 <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />MIS: Leipzig/Rhodes to adjourn to a meeting of the Redevelopment Agency. <br />Carried unanimously and Council adjourned to a meeting of the Redevelopment Agency <br />at 9:35 p.m. <br /> <br />- " <br /> <br />(NOTE: See MINUTE ORDER NO. 82-34 of meeting of Redevelopment Agency <br />relating to support of Pacific Gas & Electric Company's position re <br />Federal Energy Regul?tory Commission (FERC) per letter of March 2, 1982 <br />from G.
