Report re Proposed Facilities Charge <br />agreement - Redwood Shores, Inc. <br /> <br />Report of City Manager 4/1/82. <br /> <br />City Manager Smith advised that a booklet is <br />being prepared which will list projects and <br />current cost estimates when the Planning <br />Commission returns the proposed agreement to <br />Council. <br /> <br />City Attorney Schricker advised tht the <br />agreement is a planning document, drafted <br />according to the State planning law, and the <br />Planning Commission should focus on <br />"Paragraph 9 Land use; Density; Public <br />Dedications; Annual Review". <br /> <br />In response to question, Mr. Schricker <br />advised that the proposed ordinance would be <br />adopted by the City Council and the agreement <br />would be approved by the Council acting as <br />the Board of Directors of GID No. 1-64. <br /> <br />MIS: Rhodes/Chandler to refer the proposed <br />agreement for the establishing of development <br />fees for certain real property belonging to <br />Redwood Shores, Inc. to the Planning <br />Commission for review and recommendation to <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 82-45 <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />9.
