<br />GENERAL <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Mayor Biagi urged Council members to attend a Redevelopment Seminar <br />at the Airport in Los Angeles, on Wednesday, April 28, 1982, stating <br />further details will be forthcoming soon. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Councilman Britschgi stated that a breakfast meeting is scheduled for <br />7:30 a.m., Saturday, April 17, 1982 in Millbrae to follow up on the <br />cities' Sacramento trip on March 17. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Councilman Britschgi, member of the League of California Cities <br />Committee on Revenue and Taxation, reported that reductions are <br />expected in State revenues to cities and that the governor has <br />established a small committee of Legislators of both parties to meet <br />regularly to discuss the State budget, before the Budget is sent to <br />the Legislature. Councilman Britschgi said that no firm forecast <br />regarding funds for cities will be available until the end of June. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - MIS: Chandler/Rhodes to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of <br />considering litigation and to reconvene solely to adjourn.
