Nomination and Election of Vice Mayor - Two <br />Year Term <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel called for nomination for the <br />Office of Vice Mayor. <br /> <br />Councilman Biagi nominated Councilman <br />Britschgi for the .Office of Vice Mayor. <br /> <br />MIS: Biagi/Bury to close nominations for the <br />Office of Vice Mayor. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel then declared Councilman <br />Britschgi elected Vice Mayor. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------ <br /> <br />---------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel asked Councilman and former <br />Mayor Biagi to present awards to former <br />Councilmen Leipzig and Chandler. <br /> <br />Mayor Biagi presented Plaques for <br />Distinguished Service and framed parchment <br />copies of resolutions commending them to <br />former Councilmen Leipzig and Chandler who <br />expressed their pleasure at having served on <br />the City Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel invited each Councilman to <br />speak.
