Council requests to attend meetings, if any <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------ <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />City Manager Smith called attention to item <br />No. 10 relating to an agreement for <br />consulting services relative to a garbage <br />rate study by Price Waterhouse.
