MOTION: to approve conditions attached to approval of a Use Permit and Architectural Permit, ARCO mini-market, 1700 Middlefield Road I I 1 -I 9 ~--.- - .~--_.._" ACTION TAKEN (continued) CONSENT CALENDAR (continued) RESOLUTION NO. 9103 RESOLUTION NO. 9104 Approved None Dale Greenfelder, 520 Compass Drive, Arco Petroleum Products Company, referred to the Report of the City Manager and the Planning Director of April 2, 1982, stating that Condition 9 is fully acceptable, but requesting that Conditions 5 and 10 be eliminated, stating ARCO will meet Code requirements on 5. Planning Director Schroeter stated that Condition 5 is not necessary if ARCO meets Code requirements regarding the driveway and that Condition 10 is not unusual, but may be eliminated if ARCO maintains its own property. MIS: Biagi/Britschgi to delete Conditions 5 and 10 in the recommendation of the Planning Director contained in his report of April 2, 1982 and to approve all other conditions. (Conditions are as follows: 1. that the mansard roof surfaces shall be treated with "new wood shakes" as shown on applicant's drawings on file in the Planning Department; 2. that the canopy supports and portions of exterior walls shall be treated with masonry or simulated masonry veneer as shown on applicant's drawings on file in the Planning Department; 3. that the rainbow fascia panel shall be non-illuminated; 4. that the free-standing identification and price signs shall be low-level, not exceeding heights of four feet and five feet, respectively, as shown on applicantts drawings on file in the Planning Department; 5.
