Management Comp en sa tion Policy <br /> <br />Report of City Manager 5/6/82 <br /> <br />Councilman Britschgi presented the subject <br />Policy on behalf of the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />Discussion followed and City Manager Smith <br />commented and replied to questions concerning <br />the desirability of establishing a Policy; <br />the difficulties of setting a specific date <br />with regard to salary comparisons with other <br />cities; and the new "Exceptional Contribution <br />Award. " <br /> <br />MIS: Biagi/Mosher to adopt the Management <br />Compensation Policy transmitted by the City <br />Manager's Report of May 6, 1982 to be used as <br />the basis for reviewing requests of <br />management and confidential employees. <br /> <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 82-64 <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />5. Selection of Independent Auditor <br /> <br />Report of City Manager and Direc tor of <br />Finance 4/30/82 <br /> <br />MIS: Biagi/Mosher to order the Direc tor of <br />Finance to solicit proposals for the 1981-82 <br />Fiscal Year Audit besides that offered by <br />C. G. Uhlenberg & Company. <br /> <br />CLARIFICATION: Council members stated that <br />there is no dissatisfaction with the <br />performance of C. H. Uhlenberg & Company, but <br />tha t they wish to have the Direc tor of <br />!
