<br />MIS: Biagi/Britschgi to instruct the Planning Commission to commence the <br />Downtown Plan Study and to complete it within a six months period. <br /> <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 82-68 <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel advised that Stephen Stimson who is listed as an applicant <br />for appointment to the Board of Building Review would also like to be <br />considered for appointment to the Park and Recreation Commission and that <br />he was told Council will do so. <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Stangel determined it to be the consensus of Council to <br />set the session for voting on appointments at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, May 17, <br />1982 preceding the regular meeting on that date. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - personnel matters <br /> <br />MIS: Biagi/Bury to adjourn to executive session and to reconvene solely <br />to adjourn.
