He stated that Brewster is in full bloom and <br /> fantastic. His one question regards a City ordinance that refers to giving the city's <br /> sidewalks a little more elbow room. He stated that residents may not know that <br /> .� bushes should be pruned to clear the sidewalk and to about 7 feet tall.
