Rudy Luca stated he has strong feelings about the February 5 Budget Strategy <br />Session. He stated that it was a very informational meeting but expressed <br />disappointment in that there were few citizens present and that the meeting agenda <br />adjourning to the February 5 meeting did not state the time. He further stated that we <br />have a budget crisis and we need to do a better job of informing the community of <br />such meetings. <br />M/S Hartnett/Bain to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. The <br />motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />6.1 Section — Motions <br />A. Approve the Joint City Council, Redevelopment Agency, and Public Financing <br />Authority Meeting minutes of January 24, 2005 as submitted; (301) <br />MINUTE ORDER 05 -18 <br />B. Award of Contract — Broadway/Woodside Road Intersection Improvements <br />Project <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve the Contract Documents and award the contract for the <br />Broadway/Woodside Road Intersection Improvements Project to the lowest <br />responsible bidder, Interstate Grading & Paving, Inc. of South San Francisco, <br />California, for their bid of $143,463.25. (304) MINUTE ORDER 05 -19 <br />C. Maintenance Agreement with the Town of Woodside <br />Recommendation: <br />By Motion, approve the maintenance agreement with the Town of Woodside for <br />Redwood City's Public Works Services staff to maintain specified traffic signals <br />and street lights for the Town of Woodside in the amount of $800, plus call -back <br />service. (304) MINUTE ORDER 05 -20 <br />D.
