The motion passed by a <br />unanimous voice vote. <br />M/S Pierce /Foust to further amend the by -laws to provide for the two Citizen Member <br />seats to be staggered, changing Peter Jordan's term to expire on May 31, 2006. To <br />keep the same number of seats expiring in 2006 and 2007, the Licensed Appraiser <br />term is changed to expire on May 31, 2007. The motion passed by a unanimous <br />voice vote.
