M/S Pierce /Foust to further amend the by -laws to provide for the two Citizen Member seats to be staggered, changing Peter Jordan's term to expire on May 31, 2006. To keep the same number of seats expiring in 2006 and 2007, the Licensed Appraiser term is changed to expire on May 31, 2007. The motion passed by a unanimous voice vote.
