<br />WHEREAS, Section 25365 of the California Government Code allows a county to <br /> <br />exchange any interest in real property with another public agency subsequent to the publication <br /> <br />in a local paper of general circulation of the county's intent to exchange property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notification of the intent to exchange property has been published in the <br /> <br />Independent Newspaper Group, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in this <br /> <br />County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Board a form of Agreement that provides <br /> <br />for the exchange of properties as described above and this Board considered said Agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />This Board hereby authorizes the exchange of property; said property being located on <br /> <br />Winslow Street in Redwood City and as described in Exhibits "A", "B", "D", and "P" <br /> <br />attached hereto. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The President of this Board is hereby authorized and directed to execute said Agreement <br /> <br />on behalf of the County of San Mateo and the Clerk of this Board shall attest to the <br /> <br />signature of the President thereto. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />The Clerk ofthis Board is hereby authorized and directed to send a certified copy of this <br /> <br />resolution and the executed duplicate original of the Agreement to the City Clerk of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
