L- -' <br />1020 MIODLEF\¿LD ,JAD <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA ~4o64 , <br /> <br />DES:djk 04/16/96 <br /> <br />(097/41) <br /> <br />COpy <br /> <br />8/12/96 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />12849 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 93-5 <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF: <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEHENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br />AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain parcel map identi fied as Parcel Map No. <br /> <br />93-5 (653 Canyon Road) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> <br />Lea & Sung Engineering, Inc., <br /> <br />for Bruce Zillmer and Dorothy L. <br /> <br />Zillmer, <br /> <br />the owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative <br />parcel map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted subject <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owners <br /> <br />or <br /> <br /> <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said Parcel Map by the City <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owners or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of the property described by said Map shall <br /> <br />enter <br /> <br />into and execute <br /> <br />that certain proposed subdivision <br /> <br />improvement agreement on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />93-5" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />04/16/96) , <br /> <br />wherein <br /> <br />Owner, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration for the approval of said Map by City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> <br />1',.' <br /> <br />said Agreement, all i~provements required of Owner under the <br /> <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />.... r <br />
