EXHIBIT "A" I EDGEWOOD SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT Beginning at the most northerly comer of Par cd "C". as shown on Parcel Map recorded in Volume 5 of Parcel Maps at Page 9 and 10, San Mateo County Recorder's Office; Thence from said Point ofBegimring; continuing along the northeasterly line of said Parcel South 56° 20' East 346.99 feet and South 47° 57' 30" East 88.45 feet to a point in the northwesterly line of Edgewood Road as shown on said map; Thence northeasterly along said line on an arc curve to the right said curve having a radius of 1,440 feet a central angle of 4° 03' 30", an arc length of 102.00 feet; Thence North 42° 52' East 57.46 feet to an angle point in the northwesterly line of Edgewood Road (50 feet in width) as shown on the map entitled "Map of Johnson Subdivision" filed in Volume 7 of Maps at Page 2, San Mateo County Recorder's Office; Thence northeasterly along said line the following courses and distances: North 28° 21' 30" East (North 28' 18" East) 45.23 feet; North 49° 41' 30" East (North 49° 38" East) 249.24 feet; North 42° 52' East (North 42° 48' East) 61 feet more or less to the intersection thereof of the northwestern prolongation of the northeasterly line of the parcel described in Volume 1330 Official Records at Page 114, San Mateo County Recorder's Office; Thence southeasterly, leaving said northwesterly line of Edgewood Road, along said prolongation crossing Edgewood Road 50 feet more or less to the most northerly comer of said parcel and an angle point in the City Limits of Redwood City as established by Ordinance No. 1386 passed and adopted on January 20, 1969; Thence in a general southwesterly direction along said City Limits 265 feet more or less to a point in said City Limits as establiShed by Ordinance No. 987 passed and adopted on December 19, 1960, said point being the northerly corner of tot 1 as shown on the map entitled "Tract No. 786 Cordilleras Glen" filed in Volume 53 of Maps at Page 23, San Mateo County Recorder's, said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as created by Resolution No. 14924 passed and adopted on AprilS, 1960, and Resolution No. 5945 passed and adopted on April 7, 1969; Thence Northwesterly along said district boundaries and City Limit line South 56° 21' 00" West 195.92 feet to the most westerly comer of Lot 2 as shown on said map (53 Maps 23), said point also being an angle point in said district as established by Resolution No. 44822 passed and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence leaving said City Limits and continuing along.said district boundaries, northwesterly along the northwesterly prolongation of the southerly line of said Lot 2,55 feet more or less the centerline of Edge wood Road, and an angle point in said district boundary; Thence southwesterly along said centerline and district boundaries 760 feet more or less to the intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the southerly line of said aforementioned Parcel "C" (5 PM 10); said southerly line having bearing and distance of North 41° 56' 30" West 17.55 feet as shown on said map; Thence northwesterly leaving said centerline and district boundaries North 41 ° 56' 30" West, along said prolongation, 110 feet more or less to a point in the northwesterly line of said Edgewood Road and the most southerly comer of said Parcel "C"; Thence leaving said northwesterly line of Edgewood Road; and continuing along the southerly boundaries of Parcel "C" North 41° 56' 30" West and North 83° 49' West 253.81 feet to an angle point in said boundary and a point in the dividing line of Lot 24 and .
