<br />i. District Service Area. District's current service area as described in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />and as shown on Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />2. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED <br /> <br />a. District. The District may accept for maintenance, sewage collection facilities as <br /> <br />District may approve to be constructed, to connect all structures in the District to the <br /> <br />sewage treatment and disposal facilities of the City. <br /> <br />Such construction shall be <br /> <br />subject to the approval of the District and shall be performed in strict accordance with <br /> <br />plans and specifications approved by the District. <br /> <br />b. City. <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />The City shall furnish sanitary sewerage transmission, pumping, treatment <br /> <br />and disposal services to District for sewage emanating from District and <br /> <br />discharged into City's system at the location agreed to by the City and the <br /> <br />District. Said discharge location shall be the City sewer manhole located in <br /> <br />Edgewood Road at the intersection of Cordilleras Road as shown on Exhibit B. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The City shall have the right, subject to approval by the District, to make <br /> <br />connections to District Facilities, provided that any costs incurred as a result of <br /> <br />such connection shall be paid solely by City. The cost of any excess capacity in <br /> <br />said facilities to be provided by District in order to provide capacity for any such <br /> <br />connections shall be paid solely by City and nothing herein shall be construed to <br /> <br />impose upon the District the duty or obligation of constructing sewage collection <br /> <br />facilities of a capacity greater than that necessary to provide for present and future <br /> <br />needs of the District in the absence of the payment of such cost by City as herein <br /> <br />provided. <br /> <br />067:154 <br /> <br />- 4- <br />
