<br />ð,zA-£' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RATIFYING AND APPROVING SUBMITTAL DATE FOR <br />PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005/06, SETTING TIME <br />AND PLACE FOR CITY COUNCIL BUDGET STUDY SESSIONS AND <br />FOR HEARING THEREON, AND ESTABLISHING DATE OF ADOPTION <br />OF THE FINAL BUDGET FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51 of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, June 2, 2005 is hereby ratified and approved as the date by which the proposed <br />budget for Fiscal Year 2005/06 shall be submitted to this Council by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />It is hereby ratified and approved that June 20, 27 and 29, 2005, are <br /> <br />recognized as the dates available for the City Council to study the proposed budget for <br /> <br />Fiscal Year 2005/06. <br /> <br />3. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 51.51.5 of the Charter of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, July 11, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be <br /> <br />heard, at City Hall, City Council Chamber, 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, is hereby ratified and approved as the time and place for public hearing on <br /> <br />the budget for Fiscal Year 2005/06 and July 25, 2005, is hereby established as the date <br /> <br />of final adoption of said ordinance. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice to be <br /> <br />published of the availability for inspection of copies of the proposed budget, and stating <br /> <br />the time and place at which the Council will hold a public hearing thereon in accordance <br /> <br />with Section 51.5 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Atty/Reso/Reso .1528 <br />040405 <br />
