The Police operating budget reduction is possible due to the <br />department's ability to manage its overtime expenditures for staffing <br />minimums and holidays. The Redevelopment Agency is contributing toward the purchase of <br />the land parcels purchased by the City for the public underground <br />parking garage. <br /> <br />8,500,000 <br /> <br />C.
