<br />16. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT/MODIFICATIONS. No amendments or modifications in the <br /> <br />terms or provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such action or <br /> <br />proceeding shall be entitled to attorney's fees and costs. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />SEVERABILITY.
