<br />DES:yc:2/l2/70 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />MM 23 '70 <br /> <br />0 R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. //.10./1.). <br /> <br />ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 46.8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AND <br />AMENDING SECTIONS 23.4,46.2, AND 46.10 OF SAID <br />ORDINANCE, RELATING TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMITS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REm'iOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SEC'l'ION 1. <br /> <br />Section 46.8 of Ordinance No. 1130~ the Redwood <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May II, 1964, is hereþy repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />section 23.4 of the above mentioned Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1130 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 23.4 <br /> <br />Planned Developments. <br /> <br />The provisions <br /> <br />of Article 46 shall be applicable in all zoning districts. <br />On and after the effective date of the amendment to this <br /> <br />section making the provisions of section 46 applicable to <br /> <br />all zoning districts, the letter 'pi which is or may be <br /> <br />included as a suffix to a district designation shall not <br /> <br />be deemed to affect the zoning of the property within <br /> <br />any district. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />sections 46.2 and 46.10 of the above mentioned <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1130 are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"section 46.2 <br /> <br />Development Permit. <br /> <br />For property in <br /> <br />any district, a planned development permit may be issued <br /> <br />for any use or structure pursuant to the provisions of <br /> <br />this article upon application by the property owner. <br /> <br />"Section 46.10 <br /> <br />Compliance. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />After issuance of <br /> <br />a permit for any parcel, no use shall be established or <br /> <br />changed or any structure constructed or altered except in <br /> <br />strict conformity with the permit issued and any conditions <br /> <br />established therein. <br /> <br />" (b) <br /> <br />After issuance of a permit for any parcel, no <br />
