<br />ARTICLE l3 <br /> <br />CN NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />SECTION l3.1 Purpose. To provide centers for convenience shopping in the <br />residential neighhörhoodŠ--planned and controlled to the extent that such centers <br />will perform a vital service to the neighborhoods and become integral parts <br />thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION l3.2 Permitted Uses. <br />permitted in the CN District: <br /> <br />The following structures and uses are <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />( c) <br /> <br />( d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />( f) <br /> <br />Grocery, drug, variety, hardware or book stores. <br /> <br />Beauty, barber, shoe, gift, stationery, record, toy or flower shops. <br /> <br />Banks. business and professional offices. <br /> <br />Restaurants, soda fountains or retail bakery sales, not including <br />live entertainment, dancing or sale of liquor, beer, or other <br />alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. <br /> <br />Studios for arts, crafts, photography, music and dance. <br /> <br />Parking lots and garages for customer and employee parking only. <br /> <br />SECTION l3.3 Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the CN District when accessory to uses permitted under Sections <br />13. 2 and 13. 4 : <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />Accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant to a <br />permitted use. <br /> <br />SECTION 13.4 Conditional Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the CN District subject to first obtaining a use permit therefor: <br /> <br />( a) <br /> <br />Automobile service stations not including major vehicle repair and <br />overhaul. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Liquor stores, automatic coin operated laundries, and dry <br />cleaning and laundry agencies. <br /> <br />No use occupying in excess of 7500 <br />single building shall be permitted <br />permit therefor. <br /> <br />Public and quasi-public uses except corporation yards. storage or <br />repair yards or warehouses. <br /> <br />( c) <br /> <br />square feet of floor area in any <br />except upon first obtaining a use <br /> <br />( d) <br /> <br />( e) <br /> <br />Any other uses not otherwise listed in this article which are <br />determined by the Commission to be of the same general character <br />as the uses permitted by this article and are not inconsistent with <br />the purpose of this article. <br /> <br />Height Regulations. <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed 35 feet in <br /> <br />SECTION l3. 5 <br />height. <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />.-. ."".""".".""-'."----.."'-"---"'.--.--'.-"" <br />
