Notwithstanding the provisions of <br />Sections 16.6 and 16.7, any parcel having an area of at least 5,000 square <br />feet and an average lot width of at least 50 feet may have any use or structure <br />permitted by Sections 16.2 and 16.3 established or constructed thereon.
