<br />ARTICLE 21 <br /> <br />AG AGRICULTURE - GREENHOUSE DISTRICT <br /> <br />SECTION 2l.l Purpose. To provide a district within the City where the <br />remaining agricultural uses can continue to operate and have the protection of <br />~gricultural zoning. <br /> <br />SECTION 21.2 Permitted Uses. <br />permitted in the AG District: <br /> <br />The following structures and uses are <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />The propagation and cultivation of plants including nurseries and <br />greenhouses, but not including any retail sales. <br /> <br />SECTION 21.3 Accessory Uses. The following structures and uses are <br />permitted in the AG District when accessory to a use permitted under Sections <br />21.2 and 21.4: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Single family dwellings for owner or manager of the agricultural <br />use and, in addition, one caretaker's dwelling. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Other accessory uses and structures customarily appurtenant <br />to a permitted use. <br /> <br />Height Regulations. <br /> <br />No structure shall exceed 35 feet in <br /> <br />SECTION 21.4 <br />height. <br /> <br />acre. <br /> <br />SECTION 21. 5 <br /> <br />The minimum building site area shall be one <br /> <br />Lot Area. <br /> <br />SECTION 21. 6 <br /> <br />Lot Hidth. <br /> <br />The minimum average lot width shall be loa feet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2l.7 Lot Coverage. <br />covered by buildings. <br /> <br />Not more than 75 per cent of the lot shall be <br /> <br />SECTION 2l. 8 <br /> <br />Yard Requirements. <br /> <br />The following yards are required: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Front Yards: <br /> <br />Front yards shall have a minimum depth of 25 feet. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Side Yards: Side yards for interior lots shall have a minimum width <br />of ¿5 føet and side yards for the street side of corner lots ~hall <br />have a minimum width of ten feet. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Rear Yards: <br /> <br />Rear yards shall have a minimum depth of 25 feet. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Accessory Buildings: Accessory buildings shall maintain the same <br />side and front yards as main buildings. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Yard Exceptions: Side, front and rear yard requirements of 25 feet <br />may be reduced to l5 feet when the side, front or rear of the building <br />is not a uniform distance from the adjacent property line, if an <br />average yard width of 25 feet is maintained and permanently landscaped. <br /> <br />51 <br />
